This is a purity test for BDSM. Answer the questions, then total up your 'yes' answers. if you have 30 'yes' answers, then you are 70% BDSM pure.
You can also use this as a checklist of all the things you want to try. Print it off and put it on your fridge. Then check them off as you do them!!!! lol
Now, I didn't write this list, so don't consider this a complete listing of BDSM activities. In fact, a lot of stuff is missing here. It seems to focus a lot on fetishes and the weirder side of BDSM. But that's ok - it's just for fun!
